Only non-academic staff involved in CEEPUS networks can apply for Short Term University Staff stay.

Applicants for Network mobilities do not have to upload documents as long as they are citizens of CEEPUS member states. Applicants who do have a different citizenship than one of a CEEPUS country, need an “equal status document”. Freemover teachers need to upload one letter of acceptance - teacher from the host university. You will find templates under Attachments.

Other relevant information
Scholarship stays in the framework of CEEPUS are primarily carried out through networks of co-operating higher education institutions from member countries (Albania, Austria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Macedonia, Moldova, Montenegro, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia and universities in Kosovo). Should a home university, host university, or both, not participate in any of the networks, its students, PhD students and teachers may still apply for a scholarship under the category "freemover".
