Submission of applications
Applications must be submitted through the official SECIHTI online platforms and in accordance with the requirements of the relevant call for applications. Applicants must be Mexican nationals and have been admitted to or enrolled in an eligible postgraduate programme abroad.
Application form and supporting documents
The required documents are specified in each call for applications. Typically, applicants are required to submit:

- completed online application form;
- proof of Mexican nationality;
- admission or enrolment letter from the host institution;
- academic records and degree certificates;
- curriculum vitae;
- research proposal (where applicable);
- language proficiency certificates (if required);
